  • User-Generated Content (Screenshots): Our core service involves capturing and storing screenshots of the websites you test. These images are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of providing comparison reports.
  • Payment Information: We do not store your credit card information on our servers. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the UIGuard service.
  • Process your subscription payments via Stripe.
  • Send you technical notices, updates, and security alerts.
  • Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve our infrastructure.

3. Data Retention

We retain your data based on your subscription plan:

  • Starter Plan: Testing history and screenshots are retained for 7 days.
  • Premium Plan: Testing history and screenshots are retained for 1 month.
  • Business Plan: Testing history and screenshots are retained for 12 months. After the retention period expires, data is automatically deleted from our systems.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser/server and UIGuard is encrypted using SSL/TLS.
  • Access Control: For private environments, we support Basic Authentication and do not store your credentials after the test session is completed.

5. Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with third-party service providers essential to our operation:

  • Stripe: For payment processing.
  • Cloud Providers (e.g., AWS/Google Cloud): For hosting our infrastructure and storing screenshot data.
  • Email Providers: For sending transactional emails (e.g., password resets, alerts).

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can delete your account and all associated data directly from your dashboard at any time.
